Norton
Motors Ltd
in England looked after Norton
motorcycles produced from 1978 through 1992,
using a rotary ("Wankel") engine
till mid-2009. They held the total ex-factory
stock of spares, technical documentation,
and production tooling for these
motorcycles.
Peter Morris, once part of the Norton
Design team, is chief buyer in residence
for Andover Norton, but continues advise
rotary Norton owners. All spares are now
sold by Andover Norton (see below).

Andover
Norton International Ltd
produces the "Genuine Norton
Factory Parts" for pre-1993 Norton
models, i.e.
Commandos, Dominators, and Rotaries. All technical
drawings and all manufacturing tooling, as
well as a spares stock that, in a few
cases, is still ex-production, are stored
here.
With our Managing Director Nick
Hopkins and owner Joe Seifert we have two
staff members with decades of Norton
experience behind them. |

Irmgard
Kronester has organized the
"Grab the Flag"-series
of race events for many years. They are
run on racetracks like Most/Chech
Republic, Pannoniaring and Hungaroring/Hungary,
Rijeka/Croatia, Poznan/Poland and
Schleitzer Dreieck/Germany. The many
entrants get a lot of track time due to an
uncomplicated training system, and are on
the track for many hours within a
three-day meeting. Safety standarts are
high, thanks to using only professional
tracks with a tried and tested team of
marshals.

Franz
Edlfurtner is the "flying master
baker", or, in Bavarian/English
slang, the "Fast Baeck". A local
attraction is his original delivery Mini
van, with the signwritten logo "Alois
Edlfurtner- Home Made Bakery".
As our Franzi is either baking the best
bread in Germany, or wrenching away on one
of his vehicles (most of them British),
his homepage tends to be somewhat
neglected. The latest innovation, with a
choice of two languages, is,
unfortunately, of limited value to English
speaking idividuals, as the second
language is Bavarian- a dialect
very different from "standart"
German, and not generally understood
outside Bavaria.

Martin
Heiss and friends have staged many a good
motorcycle event, be it race meetings or
rallies with stupid tasks for the
participants- if its crazy, they will
organize it, yelling their battlecry "Schieber
hoch" ("Wide Open
Throttle!"). Their main interest is
post-vintage machinery, but they will
suffer more modern motorcycles, say early
post-war............
