Norton Racing- Teammembers (3)

Chief Mechanic is Rudi "Woody" Kolano, whose magic hands (and machines) can make the deadest bockwurst fly, i.e. convert an Ariel 3 into a race winner (we think- he has not tried yet!). Whilst he lets his riders happily work on the chassis, the drive train is his domain. But few people outside the team know he has a team of able assistents, who accompany him to the races:
	After long years of wrenching away in utter loneliness, we have prised star mechanic Mac ("Scotland?") away from the Aardman Studios in England. Mac is responsible for innovative designs, exact measurements and crucially important calculations.
Somewhat more down-to-earth jobs are done by Capt'n Bluebear. Bluebear is responsible for the navigation round the race tracks and for exact and truthful reports of the actual racing ("And as I am about to pass Valentino Rossi, I see Hein Dumb hold out the pit signal "Refuel"- and right at that moment the engine starts to sputter and I coast to a standstill!")
	After Hein Dumb had adjusted the front brake on the team bosses' Manx he was nearly killed by his very team boss: "What did, or indeed did you think when you slackened the brake adjusters? I could not brake at all, you dipstick!" "But boss, it was all well intended and meant to make you faster!"
